Why SEVEN?
-
At SEVEN, we combine evidence-based physiotherapy, acupuncture, and personalised care to help you move better, recover stronger, and live healthier.
-
We believe lasting recovery starts with understanding the root cause—not just treating the symptoms. Every treatment plan is personalised to help you move better, recover stronger, and prevent future injuries.
-
From startups to seasoned brands, we partner with people who care about doing things right—and doing them well.
Our approach combines clinical expertise with personalised care to help people recover from injury, restore confidence in movement, and build a stronger foundation for long-term health.
By integrating physiotherapy, acupuncture, and rehabilitation, we create treatment plans that are tailored to the individual—not just the diagnosis. Every recommendation is guided by evidence, experience, and a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes.
We believe the best results come from understanding the whole person, addressing the cause of the problem, and supporting lasting wellbeing beyond recovery.
Seven Clinic was founded on a simple belief: healthcare should do more than relieve pain.
Strength | Foundation — We rebuild your strength so your joints are supported and stable.
Flexibility | Freedom — We release the stiffness that limits you and restore your full range of motion.
Balance | Stability — We sharpen your sense of balance to keep your posture steady and prevent injury.
Alignment | Precision — We correct your structural balance to address the root cause of pain.
Pain Relief | Recovery — Through physiotherapy and acupuncture, we ease pain and inflammation so you can return to daily life faster.
Circulation | Vitality — We improve blood flow and circulation to promote tissue healing and restore your energy.
Relaxation | Balance — We release tension in your nerves and muscles to lower stress and bring your body and mind back into balance.

Our Team
Brad (Sungjoon) Youn
Registered Acupuncturist | FounderSince 2020, Brad Youn has been helping people across Auckland recover from pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy. Having practised in both Takapuna and Henderson, he has worked with a wide variety of patients, from office workers and busy parents to athletes and older adults.
Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) from the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine and is a New Zealand Registered Acupuncturist. He treats a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, headaches, shoulder and knee injuries, sciatica, sports injuries and muscle tension.
Combining acupuncture, cupping therapy and hands-on techniques, Brad treats the whole person, not just the painful area. He takes time to understand each patient's lifestyle and movement patterns before creating an individualised treatment plan aimed at relieving pain, improving movement and preventing future injuries.
Known for his calm and approachable manner, Brad believes every patient deserves to understand their condition and feel confident in their recovery.
His goal is simple: to help people move better, live better, and get back to living life with confidence.

Rather than focusing on short-term pain relief alone, he aims to help patients regain confidence, improve function and return to work, sport and everyday activities.
Outside the clinic, Jin enjoys running, football and spending time with his family.
